ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R registered in Crime No.64 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police Station, for the offences under Sections 153, 504 and 505(2) I.P.C.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.64 of 2024, a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.451 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
