(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant one month ordinary leave to the petitioner's husband one D.Alagar @ Valarntha Alagar, S/o.Dharmaraj, for attending her daughter's marriage. Since the application was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's application was considered and the petitioner's husband was granted ordinary leave by the 2nd respondent in proceedings K.K.vz;.1028/Kc/2021, dated 24.08.2021 and also produced https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Considering the above said fact that already the petitioner's husband has been granted leave, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition, this writ petition is closed.
