ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.) The present writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the fifth respondent on 24.12.2024 for removal of encroachments. The petitioner has further prayed that the respondents should not put up any drainage in S.No. 137/9B in patta No.938 at Aaviyur Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that S.No.137/9B is the patta land of the writ petitioner and the respondents are not going to lay any drainage pipe in the said land.
