ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate for the second respondent.
2.The petitioner alleges that the third respondent had committed irregularities and that complaint was made before the second respondent. The second respondent had also issued notice dated 25.04.2022 calling upon the third respondent to offer his explanation. The grievance of the petitioner is that nothing further had transpired. The second respondent is directed to continue the proceeding and take the same to its logical conclusion and initiate action on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
