PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in C.No.
82/Detention/C.P.O/T.C/2022, dated 10.06.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu namely, Manikandan alias Auto Balu, son of Perumal, aged 36 years, now detained at the Central Prison, Trichy, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detention order, passed in C.No.82/Detention/C.P.O/T.C/2022, dated
10.06.2022 by the second respondent, has been revoked by the Advisory Board vide G.O.Rt.No.4326, dated 11.07.2022, hence, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
