Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents.
2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, by consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioners' representation dated 16.12.2016 submitted before the first respondent to conduct the election to elect the office bearers to manage the affairs of the Wakf, has been kept pending and hence, the present Writ petition has been filed.
4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 16.12.2016, on its own merits and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
