O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the claim of the petitioner had already been considered by the Revenue Tahsildar / fourth respondent, vide proceedings dated 28.09.2017 and the same was rejected. In proof of the same, he has also produced the copy of the proceedings.

2. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
