[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- "To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2024 and consequentially direct the respondents 1 and 2 to relaunch the Monumental Flag, at Zero Point, Kanyakumari.

2.It is now brought to our notice that the National Flag has been rehoisted in 147 feet high Flag Mast in Kanyakumari. It follows that the respondents will maintain the Flag and ensure that there is no dishonor to it due to the climatic condition in the area.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No Costs.
