The petitioner seeks police protection to him.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the petition enquiry, both parties have agreed that they will approach the civil Court.

3. In view thereof, the petitioner can renew the request, after getting some orders from the civil Court and the police will grant protection only in terms of the order of the civil Court.
