PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to demolish her old age buildings comprised in survey No.3737 situated at Periyandavar Street, Bodinayakkanur Taluk, Theni District, on the basis of the Petitioner's Representation dated 26.03.2025, with a stipulated time. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the second respondent to grant permission to demolish the dilapidated building belonging to the writ petitioner.

2.The petitioner has given a request to the second respondent on 26.03.2025, seeking permission.

3.Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the said request and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
