the file of the respondents in respect of the issue of impugned Orders , Viz., first respondent Notification No. 37/2018 dated 10.12.2018 and quash the same insofar as not prescribing same syllabus for Unit -II of paper - II in general Studies and the consequent main examination for the said subject conducted on 28.07.2019 and the results of the said main examination published on 30.09.2020 and consequently to direct the respondents to conduct afresh the Main Written Examination for Unit -II of paper - II in General Studies and further to direct the respondents not to consider any candidate under the PSTM quota unless the candidates studied 10th Std, HSC (+2), Degree and the B.Ed all in Tamil Medium and to publish the results therefor within a time frame as may be prescribed by this Court.
