PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records of FIR No.5 of 2019, dated 06.08.2019 on the file of the DCB Police Station, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District and quash the same, in so far as the petitioner alone. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.05 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that based on the compromise between the parties, the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent was already quashed, as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3275 of 2021, dated 30.09.2021.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
