ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to grant permission to perform the program of Valli Thirumanam Naadagam on 03.06.2025 Night at about 10 pm to 5 am at Arulmigu Manjal Neer Kaattu Ayyanar temple Pappanpatti Village Konnathanpatti, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2025.

2.Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 15.05.2025 seeking permission to conduct the program of Valli Thirumanam Naadagam on 03.06.2025 in Arulmigu Manjal Neer Kaattu Ayyanar temple Pappanpatti 2/4
