Heard, Mr.S.Anwar Sameem, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Bhaskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.Savarimuthu, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent. 2.The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to approve the appointment of the petitioner as B.T.Assistant in the fifth respondent school.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the order of this Court dated 24.11.2016, in W.A.(MD)No.1019 of 2013, has been complied with and produced copy of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 20.12.2017 in e.f.vz;.3842/M4/2017.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts the same and made an endorsement to that effect.

5.Recording the said submissions and endorsement made, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
