ORDER

With the consent of all parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed for the issue of a mandamus to respondents 1 and 2 to conduct meeting in regard to conducting temple festival of Sri Madhu Adaikalangakatha Ampal Temple situated at Virachilai post, Thirumaiyam Taluk, Pudukkottai based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2023.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, would submit that the festival is to end on 14.06.2023 and that the representation of the petitioner will be considered.

4. Considering the fact that the festival is to end on 14.06.2023, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2023 and pass orders within a period of five days from today. No costs.
