No.4545 of 2023 in Crl.RC.(MD).No.49 of 2020 dt.28.04.2023. PRAYER IN CRL.RC(MD).49/2020:

Pleased to call for the records of the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court) Kumbakonam in Crl.A.No.70 of 2017 dated 18.12.2019, confirming the conviction and sentence of Imprisonment passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam in S.C.No.7 of 2013 dated 05.10.2017 and set-aside the Judgments and convictions of Courts below and acquit the Petitioner.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PRABHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4545 of 2023 in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.49 of 2020 dated 28.04.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 09.05.2023 till today, without fail.

CRL MP(MD) No.8190 of 2023 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
