This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to pay the monthly pay and allowances to the petitioner from March 2017 to till date and continue to pay the same without interruption. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim order dated 12.10.2017 passed by this Court, directing the respondent to dispose the representation dated 27.09.2017, the respondent has paid the salary from March 2017 till date and has agreed to pay the salary to the forthcoming month to the petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
