SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to amend the name of the second petitioner as Balan @ Balakrishnan @ Sundar Raj instead of Balan @ Balakrishnan in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15770 of 2018 on 18.09.2018 in connection with Crime No.149 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police Kollancode Police Station, Kanyakumari District forthwith. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the second petitioner's name found in the F.I.R and all his documents, he is called as Sundar Raj. Since the second petitioner's name has been wrongly mentioned in the petition filed by the petitioner as Balan @ Balakrishnan, he could not able to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this amendment petition is ordered.
