Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry under Section 78 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act as directed by this Honourable Court in WP(MD) No.21387 of 2017 dated 30/01/2018 and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent based on the petitioners representation dated 28/01/2019.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent submitted that the orders passed by this Court in W.P (MD)No.3054 of 2019, dated 07.08.2019 has been complied with. The learned Government Pleader further submitted that the respondent / Joint Commissioner had passed an order, dated 15.09.2021, under Section 78 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P(MD)No.1312 of 2021 Endowment Act and he has also produced a copy of the order dated 15.09.2021 before this Court.
