ORDER

The petitioner has purchased Plot No.24. He wants sub division to be effected. He also wants separate patta. He has made an application before the first respondent.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent will of course issue notice to all the other interested parties before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
