This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, for speedy disposal of the Petition in CRL. M.P No.1650 of 2017, to dispose of the case within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of the CRL. M.P No.1650 of 2017, within a period of one

(1) month, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
