Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SUNDARAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6351 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 40 days. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6351 of 2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and co-operate for the investigation.
