Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents.
2. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents.
