ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this Court, by order

dated 21.10.2021, referred the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre and also appointed Mr.R.J.Karthick, Advocate as Mediator. The Mediator has reported that the matter was settled amicably between the parties and compromise was arrived at between them and joint compromise memo has also been filed.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner shall place this memo of compromise before the respondent police, the respondent police shall proceed with the case pending against the petitioner in accordance with law.
