ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide adequate Police Protection to enter and cultivating the petitioner agricultural property of Punja land in Survey No.263/1, Patta No.2584 measuring around 2.53 Acres situated at Dindigul District, Athoor Taluk, Keelakottai revenue village and based on the petitioner's representations dated 26.04.2025 and 03.05.2025.
2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submitted that an enquiry has already been conducted in C.S.R.No.142 of 2025 and closed the same on 26.04.2025.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation within a period of one week before the respondents and the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's fresh representation and pass suitable orders within a period of two weeks therefrom.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 22.05.2025 NCC :
