ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue a certified copy of the Transfer Proceedings and Permit in respect of stage Carriage bearing registration No.TN 49-AM-0013 plying on the route Thiruthuraipoondi to Thiruverumbur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent submits that there is no objections for granting the relief sought for in this writ petition.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands allowed by directing the respondent to issue certified copy of the Transfer Proceedings and Permit in respect of stage Carriage bearing registration No.TN 49-AM-0013 plying on the route Thiruthuraipoondi to Thiruverumbur as prayed for.
