O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2017 as well as his subsequent representations dated 05.06.2017 and 04.09.2017 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the revenue officials have wrongly entered the names of some third parties in the patta

in respect of S.No.304/2 instead of the names of the petitioner and other legal heirs. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.03.2017 followed by subsequent representations dated 05.06.2017 and 04.09.2017 for mutation of records. Since the respondents have not acted on any of the representations, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders passed.

5. In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 27.03.2017, 05.06.2017 and 04.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any.

6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
