ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 IPC, in Crime No.411 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is said to have theft 27 vehicles, out of which, he has been dismantled 10 vehicles. Hence the complaint.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor of the respondent. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, which is serious in nature.
