: Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to allot the Plot in Plot No.H2/62 situated at Ranimangammal Colony, Dindigul, Dindigul District to the petitioner in accordance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.9085 of 2006, dated 02.06.2007 by way of considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.10.2019 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

(This petition was heard through the Video Conferencing) This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to allot the Plot in Plot No.H2/62 situated at Ranimangammal Colony, Dindigul, Dindigul District to the petitioner in accordance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.9085 of 2006, dated 02.06.2007 by way of considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.10.2019 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

W.P.(MD)No.15129 of 2020 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the third respondent has passed final order, dated 23.10.2020, subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition. The learned Counsel for the petitioner accepts the submission made by the learned Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final order, dated 23.10.2020 passed by the third respondent in accordance with law. No costs.
