O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the the Respondents 1 to 11 to provide protection to petitioner and petitioners husband from the respondents No. 12 to 19 by considering petitioners representation dated 05.06.2023 and based on the guidelines issued by this Court order in W.P.No.26991 of 2014 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 11.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 3/7

petitioner has performed inter-caste marriage with a Boy, who belongs to some other community, that was not liked by the parents. So they making life threat.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the representation that was made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, parents appeared and they have stated that they will not make any trouble to the petitioner and her husband. In view of the above said undertaking given by the parents, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. If any trouble arises in further, the petitioner can workout her remedy by reviving her representation.
