Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.3595/A1/2017, dated: -08.2017 signed on 16.8.2017 issued by the second respondent insofar as conditions 2 and 4 and quash the same and consequently to direct the second respondent to grant approval for School Committee for the period commencing from 21.6.2017 to 20.6.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.
