ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.234 of 2018 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kannivadi Police Station, Dindigul District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.234 of 2018 has been completed and final report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aathoor, which was also taken cognizance in C.C.No.77 of 2020.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10309 of 2019 3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
