Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the third respondent from demolishing the petition mentioned shops.

3. In response to the same, the third respondent filed a counter affidavit indicating that there is no proposal to demolish https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
