PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to take appropriate legal action against the officials and the employees of Sub Registrar Office, Kadayam, Tenkasi District, who have illegally supported the land grabbers to register the fabricated and created documents by which looted the petitioner's valuable property in survey No.551/15, Pottalpudur Village, Tenkasi District, to an extent of 3 1⁄2 cents by invoking Sec 68 of Registration Act, 1908, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14/05/2025. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate action as against the Sub Registrar, Kadayam, Tenkasi District, on certain allegations. 2.The petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 14.05.2025. The second respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to both the parties within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
