PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as Selection Grade Executive Officer form 25.07.2024 as per the Seniority List dated 18.01.2024 and consequently directing the respondents to give placement at the appropriate place on par with his immediate Juniors respondents 5 to 7 with all monetary and service benefits considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2024 & 17.04.2025. ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner as a Selection Grade Executive Officer based upon the seniority list dated 18.01.2024. 2/4
2.This Court is not inclined to issue any positive directions. However, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 19.11.2024, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
