ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the first respondent to renew the passport.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the second respondent has informed the Court that charge sheet has been laid as against the writ petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivaikundam. 3.In view of the light of the facts, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court seeking permission of the Court for renewal of the passport. 4.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
