The petitioner is working as Staff Nurse on contract basis since 29.06.2009. She is yet to be absorbed into regular time scale of pay. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 16.08.2017.

2.The respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.08.2017 and pass orders within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
