ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 I.P.C., and section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.129 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported river 1⁄4 unit of river sand, hence the case.

4. Taking into consideration the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
