until further orders.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5236 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3946 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.5236 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3946 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, SP Pattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, monthly once, i.e. On 1st working day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
