PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order of this Court, dated 30.04.2025, passed in Crl.OP(MD).8137 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8137 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8137 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, weekly once, i.e. On every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
