The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus not to open a temporary fish market within the premises of Madurai Municipal Corporation Slaughter House situated at Nelpettai, Madurai City. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents Corporation has brought to the notice of the Court that the Corporation has taken a decision not to open any temporary fish market in the Madurai Municipal Corporation Slaughter House and the said notification is recorded. 3.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
