Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2023 regarding compensation for laying road illegally by the 4th respondent in the petitioner's lands in S.F.No.15/2A and S.F.No.15/2B of Soorankottai Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District for an extent of 670 sq.m, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2023 regarding compensation for laying road illegally by the 4th respondent in the petitioner's lands in S.F.No.15/2A and S.F.No.15/2B of Soorankottai Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District for an extent of 670 sq.m, within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.10.2023 and pass orders, after issuing notice to the rival parties if any, in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
