This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.289 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kuruvikulam Police Station, Tirunelveli District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, which was also taken cognizance in C.C.No.345 of 2020.
