ORDER

The petitioner claims that she is facing life threat from the 3rd respondent and therefore, she made a representation dated 14.06.2024 before the respondent Police seeking police protection. Since there was no response from the respondent Police, the petitioner has filed this petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the said representation itself was sent by the petitioner through a registered post on 14.06.2024 and immediately thereafter, she filed this petition before this Court on 24.06.2024 and so far the representation has not been received by the respondent Police. He further submits that after filing of this petition, the respondent Police has called the petitioner and enquired about the said representation, at that time, she denied the same. The 3rd respondent has also denied that no such occurrence had taken 2/4

place.

3. Considering the manner in which this petition has been filed by the petitioner even without visiting the police station for prosecuting her representation dated 14.06.2024, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
