The petitioner herein claiming himself as an Advocate practising at Madurai High Court and a regular worshipper of Sri Kothandaramasamy Temple wants to get himself impleaded in W.P.(MD).No.18675 of 2019. This Writ Petition initiated by Mr.Saravanan as a Public Interest Litigation in connection with the property owned by Sri Kothandaramasamy Temple, Y.Othakadai under the administration of HR and CE Department. Since the matter already been seized by the Court being satisfied that there is element of Public Interest namely, land required for expansion of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, there is no necessity to multiply parties. Hence, this W.M.P.(MD).No.11387 of 2023 is dismissed.
