O R D E R

This Writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant protection and permission to arrange light and sound system to conduct the festival of erecting "Muhurthakal" on 16.10.2017, inviting "Theerthakudam" on 26.10.2017 and "Kumbabhisekam" scheduled to be held on 27.10.2017 in Arulmighu Sree Kaliamman and Arulmighu Baghavathiamman Kovil situated at Rayappa Goundanur, Sembiyanatham Village, Kadvur Taluk, Karur District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

Executive Magistrate also conduct a Peace Committee Meeting, after issuing notice to the two groups. From the resolution passed in the Peace Committee Meeting, it can be seen that one group has not agree and they are walked out from the meeting. It is thereafter a Trust has been formed by other faction on 04.08.2017 and when it was on the basis of the Trust deed, the petitioner has now approached this Court for conducting the programme and for getting police protection for all the programmes, which has been arranged by the petitioner and his group.

4.Since, there is dispute, it is evident from the typed set of papers filed by the petitioner before this Court, this Court is not in a position to suggest a viable solution as the rival parties are not before this Court. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this Court, the petitioner is advised to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief after impleading the rival group. With the said observation, this petition is closed.

5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
