ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent herein to appoint an observer for the general body meeting to be conducted on 23.05.2025 in the second respondent Society based upon the representation dated 09.05.2025.
2.Considering the fact that Section 26(4) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975, empowers the Registrar to nominate an Officer subordinate to him to be present in the annual general body meeting, the first respondent herein is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2025, forthwith. The order shall be communicated by the learned Additional Government Pleader to the first respondent herein immediately.
