PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.OP. (MD).No.6522 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.6522 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 41 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.OP.(MD).No.6522 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent - Forest Range Officer, monthly once, i.e. on 1st day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders. 2/3
