ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, more particularly the first to third respondents to issue and provide certified copy of the Order in Original No. 1018/2020 dated 22.09.2020 passed by the second respondent.
2. Today, certified copy of the orders dated 22.09.2020 passed in Order in Original No.1018/2020 has been produced.
3. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to state that the limitation would start ticking from today subject to proof that the petitioner had got knowledge about the proceedings only when his banker, the fourth respondent, who had received the show cause notice of the second respondent, had intimated the same to the petitioner. No costs.
