ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.) The present writ petition has been filed challenging the issuance of FormII notice under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Tanks and Eviction of Encroachment Act, 2007.
2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that without issuing Form-III notice, the authorities have threatened the petitioner by initiating action for imposition of fine.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that after issuing Form-III notice to the writ petitioner, appropriate action would be initiated.
4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to submit his objections to Form-II notice. After considering the objections of the petitioner, the respondents shall proceed to issue Form-III notice in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
